Concierge

The concierge handles restaurant suggestions and reservations according to what you are after, and can arrange car rental for the days you would rather drive yourself. It also coordinates your transport arrangements.

The tour desk has information on excursions, sights and activities across the island, along with help booking whatever needs booking. If you know in advance what you will need, you can contact us before arrival so that arrangements can be made in good time.

Airport transfer is available and arranged by us on request. For other journeys there is a shuttle service, which carries an additional charge.

Should you prefer to move around independently, we can arrange car rental, and bicycle rental is also available for an additional charge.

For the available options and any additional charges, please check when contacting us or making your arrangements. Send us your arrival and departure times so we can advise you on the available transfer options.

Check-in and check-out are handled at reception, and can be done privately if you prefer.

If you arrive before your suite is ready, or leave later in the day, your luggage can be stored on site. An invoice is provided where required, and reception is available for the practical side of your stay.

Room service is available during your stay, and there is parking on site for guests arriving by car.

Rooms are air-conditioned and sound-proofed. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or elsewhere on the property.

Every room has a safe, while CCTV covers common and outdoor areas.
