Privacy Rights

How to make a request

Write to info@legacy-mykonos.com and say what you would like us to do. It helps if you include:

• the email address you used when you contacted us, so we can find the right record;
• which of the rights below you are exercising;
• anything that narrows the search — roughly when you wrote to us, for example.

We may need to ask a question or two before acting, so that we do not disclose or delete someone else's data by mistake. We will answer you at the address you write from.

What you can ask for

Access

a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and an explanation of what it is used for.

Rectification

correction of anything inaccurate, or completion of anything incomplete.

Erasure

removal of your data from our records, where the circumstances allow it.

Restriction

that we limit what we do with your data while a question about it is resolved.

Objection

that we stop a particular use of your data, including any direct marketing.

Portability

your data in a machine-readable format, or transferred directly to someone else where that is feasible.

Withdrawing consent

for anything you previously consented to. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done beforehand.

Cookies and tracking

Your cookie decision is not something you need to write to us about. The cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page changes it immediately, in either direction, and withdrawing consent also removes the identifiers those services placed in your browser.

If you are not satisfied

If we refuse a request we will tell you why. You may also take the matter to a data protection supervisory authority and seek other legal remedies.
